Revenue projections depend on advertiser demand and represent premier market performance. The $10,000 USD figure is based on properties with two elevators, full door and interior wraps and four annual campaigns. Share of advertising revenue will be paid via electronic funds transfer to participating hotels, within 30 days following the end of each calendar quarter, contingent upon Vertical Impressions' receipt of payment from advertiser. In the event of an early termination of an advertising campaign by an advertiser, any revenue not yet generated will not be eligible for payment. There is no guarantee that by signing up for this program with Vertical Impressions that an advertiser will select your property. In the event that a hotel owner opts into a campaign but then wishes to withdraw from a campaign at any time, the hotel owner will be responsible for a fee of no more than $1,500 USD per elevator wrap. Actual cost will be based on Vertical Impression's out of pocket costs incurred. Wyndham Hotels & Resorts reviews and approves the campaign creative and brand alignment for Wyndham Hotels & Resorts properties.

Please be advised that Wyndham has been informed by distributor, Consolidated Hospitality Supplies (“CHS”), owner of American Hotel Register, Co. and Amtex, that it intends to cease operations over the next ninety (90) days. While CHS has indicated that American Hotel Register, Co. and Amtex will continue to take new orders, to the extent American Hotel Register, Co. and Amtex cannot fulfill new or open orders, CHS will advise franchisees accordingly on a case-by-case basis. Should you have any open orders or outstanding matters with CHS or its affiliates American Hotel Register, Co. and Amtex, we recommend you contact them immediately to determine whether they can accommodate your order or issue.
