Port-congestion, supply chain delays and shortages in labor, equipment, and shipping capacity, combined with an increasing demand across the U.S., has caused unprecedented disruptions across the U.S. in multiple product categories. Pricing has surged across a variety of sectors attributable to increased demand and restricted supply. • HD Supply, is experiencing a delay of up to 10 days on deliveries. Work closely with your customer service representative to help identify and stay ahead of potential delays.
• RDI-USA, Inc. manufacturer of WH&R key cards and paper cups continues its extensive efforts to reduce overall costs and strengthen manufacturing efficiencies. However it is no longer sustainable to offset the severe escalation of costs in raw material (PVC up 100% since 2020 and pulp up 24.4% since July 2020), and as a result their pricing  to distributors   will increase to reflect the prevailing market conditions, effective August, 2021. • The U.S. is experiencing a nationwide depletion of terry. Current inventory of WynDry® branded terry is almost depleted and likely won’t be back in stock until Fall 2021. In the meantime, hotels can use comparable terry products until WynDry® inventory is back in stock. Review this guide for available WynDry® products and comparable replacements with WH&R-approved OS&E distributors.
• WynRest^® filled product lines (duvets, blankets, pillows, mattress pads and pillow protectors) are experiencing a delivery delay into Wyndham Hotels & Resorts -approved OS&E distributor’s distribution centers. Work closely with your customer service representatives to help identify and stay ahead of potential delays.  
• The frying oil industry is experiencing a nationwide supply shortage. Risk for product shortages will increase immensely over coming months. Check with your foodservice distributor for alternative products.²
