Instead of using email it’s important that WH&R hotels always call Ecolab’s customer service number at (800) 35-CLEAN to request service, request reps to place an order, or to place an order themselves. Reps change, take vacation or unfortunately sometimes leave the company. At all times there is a person aligned to each WH&R hotel account so regardless of the situation, calling customer service will result in a call back from an Ecolab rep.  All calls into Ecolab’s customer service number are logged to enable efficiency, accountability, and the maintenance of Ecolab’s high standard of customer service.

SUPPLY CHAIN UPDATES

Significant Disruptions to WynDry® Inventory

The U.S. is currently experiencing a nationwide depletion of terry due to port congestion, supply chain delays and shortages in labor, equipment, and shipping capacity. As a result, current inventory of WynDry® branded terry is expected to be depleted by July 2021 and likely won’t be back in stock until Fall 2021. In the meantime, hotels can use comparable terry products until WynDry® inventory is back in stock. Review this guide for available WynDry® products and comparable replacements with WH&R-approved OS&E distributors, and please continue to work closely with your account representative at an approved distributor.

WynRest® Filled Product (U.S. only)

WynRest® filled product lines (duvets, blankets, pillows, mattress pads and pillow protectors) are experiencing a 3-week delivery delay into Wyndham-approved OS&E distributor’s distribution centers. Work closely with your account representative to help identify and stay ahead of potential delays.
