Meet New HSIA Requirements with ITG Networks

ITG Networks is helping Wyndham Hotels & Resorts properties meet new bandwidth requirements (Brand Standard #100.04.01)of at least 1 mbps per room or a minimum of 50 mbps, bandwidth management, and signal strength greater than -65 db. Help Create a Quiet Zone

Unhappy guests may not complain, but they also may not come back. While not all sources of noise are within a hotel’s control, many are. Leaky faucets, buzzing light fixtures and loud HVAC equipment can be addressed quickly. Your housekeeping staff can serve as your first line of defense noting sources of noise so maintenance can resolve identified issues.


Here’s a quick list of suggestions to help reduce noise levels and increase guest satisfaction.

Be Aware: Shortages in Guestroom Bath Amenities

Due to raw material shortages further exasperated by global supply chain disruptions, conditioner and body lotion inventory is in short supply. Brand standard requirements for conditioner and body lotion will be relaxed until inventory is available to order from Wyndham-approved distributors.
