We are working with our WH&R approved suppliers to provide each hotel in the U.S. an additional supply of sanitizing wipes that fit this expanded criteria at no cost to you. See below for updates:

• U.S. hotels: While most items will have gotten to you by Aug. 1, we are experiencing a delay on the 1 oz. hand sanitizer amenity. You will receive this shipment before or shortly after the beginning of September.
  
• Canadian hotels: Critical health essential products are being shipped directly to your hotel with a target completion date of Aug. 31.

All hotel team members and guests in the U.S. and Canada are required to wear face coverings in indoor public areas of all hotels as of Aug. 10*.
